After all, it's all about look and feel when using a computer, right? That will surely make your computer "feel like home," and since we're talking about skins, which are usually free to download and use, this also goes perfectly right into the "cheap custom computers" category.
Just remember this: to get a cheap custom computer, you need to spend some time to find what you really want, wait for the hardware to arrive, put it all together, and then customize the OS as you wish. It may seem hard, but it's not, all you need is some time to spare, and the courage to do it!
